The main premise behind Chiropractic at DREAM Wellness hinges on the understanding that you were created perfectly. You were not created with too many organs or too few medications. You were blessed with 100% innate intelligence; an inborn, infinitely divine wisdom that enables you to be self healing and self regulating. Due to chemical, physical and emotional stresses that you may endure on a daily basis, if you are unable to adapt to those stresses, you may go “out of adjustment”. To be in adjustment means to be in balance mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally and have optimal brain-body communication.
Being in adjustment is essential to experience optimal health because you literally live your life through your nerve system. Every organ, muscle, gland, tissue and cell of your body knows exactly what to do, when to do it and how to do it because your brain tells it so. If interference to your nerve system exists, the expression of your innate intelligence may be less than 100%, compromising the ability for you to optimally heal and regulate.
The DREAM Wellness Difference
Dr. Stenzler and the team at DREAM Wellness utilize state-of-the-art technology to determine the efficiency of your nerve system. Our exams and assessments are geared towards measuring your body’s overall performance, whether or not you are experiencing any pain or symptoms. In fact, the majority of the people we serve at DREAM Wellness utilize our services to support a healthy “DREAM” lifestyle, most of which experience few if any symptoms at all. (See the DREAM Wellness brochure for explanation of the acronym.)
If our analysis determines that you are not in adjustment (subluxated), we will make very specific adjustments of the spine followed by recommendations for self care to help keep your spine in balance. Our adjustments are very safe, effective and comfortable. Some people enjoy the traditional type of adjustment that may produce a sound (which is air releasing between the bones), while for others it may be more appropriate to use an instrument that is so gentle we use it on newborn babies and the elderly.
